Carrie’s Corner Café, once known as the Columbine Café, is still owned by Donna Wilhelm Hudson but she decided to change the name and put a new face on the place and it’s better than ever! Enjoy a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items—delicious and tasty, reasonably priced and the service is great. The huevos rancheros is delicious and each breakfast item is adorned by a small carnation. If your appetite is craving for something different, try out their daily specials. Manager, Carrie Abeyta has been at the café for the past five years and likes all the people, both local and the many people who visit from Australia, Switzerland, Canada, South America---all over. “They always come back and know me by name”, she said. “Donna is a great employer and I love working for her.” You can see that the owner appreciates Carrie—the café was renamed after her.
