At what temperature does Gatorade evaporate? What about olive oil or rubbing alcohol? Ask Fraser Valley Elementary (FVE) School's Nicole Rhodes, who researched evaporation rates of various liquids. She won MPEI's Best Overall Science Fair Award on Monday, May 19.

MPEI also awarded the Best Energy-Related Project to Lily Dines, who wowwed judges with her data analysis of LED, CFL and incandescent light bulbs.

Led by teacher Chris Newberry, FVE's 5th graders had an impressive showing and a wide variety of projects. Way to go FVE!
