MPEI congratulates West Grand High School's Melissa Kraker and Chris Zagone for their outstanding science fair projects.

Melissa was awarded MPEI's Best Overall Project Award, was a regional science fair winner and has advanced to the state science fair at Colorado State University, April 10 - 12 in Fort Collins. Congrats, Melissa and best of luck!

Chris was awarded MPEI's Best Energy-Related Project. Good Job, Chris!

Many West Grand High School students caught MPEI's judges eyes, but these two projects in particular adhered to the scientific process and exemplified hard work, dedication and attention to detail.

Kudos to West Grand High's science teacher Lori Haack, who coordinated the event and provided guidance as students completed their projects.
